6th Jim Goodall exhibition in Vietnam

A painter from Scotland, Jim Goodall, will return to Vietnam with his 6th exhibition entitled “Three topics: Hanoians, Southeast Asian temples and gardens” at 7 Nguyen Khac Nhu, Hanoi from June 6 to 27, 2008.
Jim Goodall has been living in Hanoi since 2000 and the upcoming exhibition will gather his latest works, with views of Vietnam in the past and present.

In “Three topics”, Goodall seems to explore the roots and the development way of Vietnamese culture.

He not only draws landscapes – his own portraits are his memories and personality.

“Three topics”, according to Suzanne Lecht, Art Manager of Art Vietnam Gallery, “is a journey in plastic arts including three levels… This is a circle and the path that all of us have to pass.”
