Quang Nam attracts numerous visitors

The central province of Quang Nam welcomed more than 900,000 domestic and foreign tourists in the first six months, an increase of nearly 15% compared to the same period last year, said the province’s Culture, Sports and Tourism Department.

Of the figure, over 304,000 stayed in hotels in the province. The local tourism sector earned more than 800,000 billion VND, up 29% compared to the same period last year.

According to Dinh Hai, Director of the department, a large number of tourists are expected to visit the province in the third quarter of this year when the Quang Nam Sea Festival with various activitiesare held.
